About
Overview	T3A is an international pharmaceutical company with branches and subsidiaries in Europe, Africa, the Caucasus and the Middle East. We see the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) as an enormous opportunity to serve the people who cannot afford the high cost of high quality medicine all over the world, but who, nevertheless, are in great need of it. Our production facility and our human resources enable us to compete in markets all over the world.
	We have a world class production facility that has been pronounced top-notch by international inspectors. It was built according to global standards and is continuously upgraded through regular consultation with international experts. It is staffed with a bright, energetic and highly skilled team of management and labor. We are careful to meet the stringent U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements as well as those of the European Union (EU), and our success has been proven by the regular positive assessment received from inspectors who examine the facility as part of the foreign registration process. Our company is built on a firm foundation of talented and motivated people who see quality as the only way to go. T3A has been very careful to build a workforce of young and dynamic employees who are encouraged to make independent decisions that facilitate their work and who operate on their own accountability which keeps them motivated and confident. We believe in our people and we create an environment to enable them to grow as individuals, since that is the way we will grow as a company. Another way T3A distinguishes itself is our commitment to research and development. R&D is, quite simply, the backbone of the pharmaceutical industry.
